Frequently asked questions
- How do I delete my account and data? Open the app and go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, cellar, tastings, notes, palate profile, usage records, and learning progress, and revokes your Sign in with Apple token where applicable.
- How do I sign in? Use Sign in with Apple, or sign in with a 6-digit one-time passcode sent to your email — no password needed.
- How does Premium work? For free you can log tastings, tidy notes, build a basic palate profile, and take free lessons; a Premium subscription unlocks deeper palate reads, all premium lessons, and unlimited logging. Manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Age restriction? Decant is alcohol-related and only for people of legal drinking age (18+ in Taiwan and Hong Kong, 21+ in the United States).
